Learn to make breakfast snacks

Breakfast occupies a relatively important position among the three meals. There is a saying among the people that "eat well for breakfast, eat well for lunch, and eat less for dinner", which shows the importance of breakfast. If you want to enjoy a delicious and healthy breakfast, you can try to make some nutritious and easy-to-make foods at home, such as minced meat pancakes, homemade omelets, and fruit oatmeal milk.

1. Minced meat pancake

Ingredients: 1 portion of boiling water dough (the method of making boiling water dough is attached below) Filling: minced meat, chopped green onion, pepper and salt (you can also add a small amount of dried shrimp).

1. Mix the minced meat, chopped green onion, pepper and salt evenly; knead the boiled water dough evenly and roll it into long strips.

2. Divide the rolled strips into several small portions, roll them into round dough sheets, use a spoon to spread the meat filling evenly on the round dough sheets and roll them up.

3. Roll it into a long strip and then into a snail shape, flatten it slightly, and gently knead it. The minced meat pancake is ready.

4. Make all the pancakes in turn, fry them in a frying pan, or bake them in an oven at 200 degrees.

2. Homemade Egg Pancake

Ingredients: 300g all-purpose flour, 450ml cold water, 1 tablespoon starch, a pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons salad oil, 1 egg, a pinch of chopped green onion

1. Mix flour, cold water, starch, salt and salad oil, stir well and let it rest for about 15 minutes. The amount of these materials should be reduced according to your needs. If you eat it for breakfast, you should reduce the portion. The consistency of this batter can also be adjusted.

2. Brush a thin layer of oil on the pan, pour in a large spoonful of batter after it is hot, and spread it into a dough. After the dough is solidified, beat an egg and operate it like a pancake. Use a spatula to stir the egg so that the egg liquid evenly covers the dough. When the egg liquid is about to solidify, roll up the pancake. Be sure to roll it up before the egg liquid is completely solidified, so that it can be wrapped into shape.

3. After rolling it up, fry it on low heat again. When the egg roll turns golden brown, you can take it out, cut it into pieces, put it on a plate and eat it.

3. Fruit Oat Milk

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons instant oatmeal, 1 cup fresh milk, 1/4 apple, 1/2 banana, some raisins.

1. Brew oatmeal with half a cup of hot water.

2. Peel and slice the bananas and dice the apples.

3. Add fresh milk to the oatmeal and mix well. Then add bananas, apples, sprinkle with raisins and you can eat.
