Take out the remaining 1/2 egg liquid and mix with 1 tablespoon of milk. 3. Flatten and knead the dough evenly, divide it into 8 portions, roll them into balls, brush a layer of egg wash on the surface, and let it rest for about 15 minutes. 4. Brush the surface of the dough with egg wash again and bake in the oven for 30 minutes, or until the bread is cooked through. 2. Cheese Bread [Ingredients] 2 slices of whole wheat bread, 1 spoon of salad dressing, a few salad leaves, 50 grams of cheese slices, 1/3 cucumber, salt 【practice】 1. Spread salad dressing on bread slices. Place the washed salad leaves and cheese on the bread. 2. Then cut a few thin slices of cucumber and place them on the cheese. Cut the remaining cucumber into thick slices, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and arrange them around the edge of the plate and next to the bread. 3. Thousand Layer Bread [Ingredients] 500g high-gluten flour, 100g fine sugar, 5g salt, 5g yeast, 15g honey, 50g milk, 50g fresh cream, 100g water, 100g egg, 50g cream 【Filling】105g butter, 60g icing sugar, 50g egg, 200g low-gluten flour Making the filling: Mix all the ingredients together until smooth. 1. Place dry ingredients in a blender and then add wet ingredients. 2. Mix until the dough is smooth and elastic, then add butter. 3. Stir until the dough can be stretched into a thin film. 4. Ferment at room temperature for 40 minutes. 5. Roll out the dough and wrap the filling. 6. Repeat rolling and folding the dough 3 times 4 times. 7. Roll out the dough to 1 cm thick and use a mold to press out a round shape. 8. Brush the dough with egg wash and sprinkle with granulated sugar. 9. Ferment at room temperature of 30℃ for 40 minutes until it becomes 2.5 times of its original volume. 10. Bake at 200℃ for upper heat and 180℃ for lower heat for 15 minutes. |
