7.2 After removing the potatoes, put the chicken wings coated with egg white starch paste into the oil and fry them over medium-low heat for 3 to 5 minutes until the surface of the chicken wings is evenly colored.

8. Add onion, ginger, green and red peppers and stir-fry evenly, then stir-fry with minced garlic, and add the extremely fresh soy sauce to bring out the aroma

9. Add half a bowl of water, then add curry powder and a little salt and mix well to adjust the taste

10. After boiling for half a minute, add a little water starch to make the sauce in the pot into a thin paste.

11. Pour the fried potatoes and chicken wings in and stir-fry until they are all coated with the sauce and turn off the heat.
