1. Remove the stems and pulp of the young pumpkin and cut into 6 cm long strips;

3. Place the pot on high heat, add salad oil, heat it up, add pumpkin shreds and green and red pepper shreds, add salt and soy sauce, stir-fry until cooked, thicken, remove from the pot and serve.

2. Stir-fried pumpkin with lily

Ingredients: Half a pumpkin, 4 lilies, 3 grams of salt, 15 ml of oil

practice:

1. Cut the pumpkin in half, peel off the skin, dig out the flesh, and cut into slices of appropriate thickness.

2. Peel the lily into petals, remove the brown parts on the outside and wash.

3. Bring water to a boil over high heat, add lily petals and blanch for two minutes, remove and drain.

4. Pour oil into a wok, heat it to 70% hot, then add pumpkin slices and stir-fry evenly.

5. Add appropriate amount of water to slightly cover the pumpkin. Bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer over low heat for seven or eight minutes until the pumpkin is cooked and soft.

6. There is still a small amount of soup in the pot. Put in the lilies and simmer for two minutes. Add salt and stir-fry over high heat for two minutes until the soup is dry.

3. Salted Egg Fried Pumpkin

Ingredients 1: 2 salted eggs, remove the egg whites

Ingredients 2: One tender pumpkin weighing about 0.5 kg

Preparation method:

1. Crack the salted egg, remove the egg white, cut the tender pumpkin into shreds, then put them together, add a little water and stir evenly until it becomes a paste.

2. Put an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, heat it, then pour in the salted eggs and pumpkin that have been stirred, stir-fry for a few minutes and add appropriate amount of salt. It can be served immediately. (Be careful not to overheat)
