How to make edamame chicken nuggets

You often have friends coming to your house, but you always take them out to eat. Isn't this very impolite? What's more, it would be healthier if you could eat it at home. 1.1 Heat the pan, add oil and chicken.

2.2 Wash the chicken, remove the skin on the neck and chicken butt, drain the moisture, and cut into pieces (marinate with appropriate amount of ginger slices). Shell the edamame, rinse and drain. Slice the onion, ginger and chili, and peel the garlic.

3.1 Add onion, ginger, garlic and chili

4.2 Stir-fry until the chicken bones make a crackling sound, then add appropriate amount of white wine, peppercorns, and 2 spoons of hot pot base and stir well.

5. After stir-frying evenly, add appropriate amounts of salt, sugar and soy sauce in turn.

6. Pour in the edamame and stir fry evenly.

7. Add appropriate amount of clean water (not too much water, just enough to cover half of it)

8. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 15 minutes!
