How to make cranberry cookies with less oil

The low-fat version of cranberry cookies is relatively simple to make, and eating them regularly can effectively promote health. It is a very good healthy dish.

1. Prepare the ingredients. I use a food processor to make powdered sugar. You can buy powdered sugar directly.

2. Heat the butter in water or in a microwave until it melts, add powdered sugar to the melted butter and mix well.

3. Beat the eggs and add to the butter and mix well

4. Chop the dried cranberries into small pieces [make sure to chop them into small pieces. I forgot about this today and ended up chopping them one by one later] and put them into the mixture at the top.

5. Sift in the low flour, stir with a rubber spatula and knead into a dough with your hands.

6. Shape the dough into a rectangle, square or any other shape you want [provided you have a mold] and put it in the refrigerator to freeze! Note that it takes about half an hour to freeze until it is hard.

7. Take it out of the refrigerator, slice it and put it in the lower middle layer of the oven at 165 degrees for about 15 minutes [depending on your personal oven, just bake it when it looks about right, don't overbake it]

8. Then you can eat it

When you go home and use your free time to make a low-fat version of cranberry cookies to reward yourself. Sometimes it is a very good thing to taste your own cooking skills.
