2.1 After the water boils, put the noodles in and cook, add a small amount of sesame oil and a spoonful of salt. The noodles cooked this way will not stick together. Just boil it for two or three times, and add a small amount of cold water when it boils halfway. Of course, if you like softer noodles, you can cook them a little longer.

3.2 Choose this kind of alkaline noodles. The ramen noodles sold in supermarkets are alkaline noodles. You can make them. The amount of noodles can be determined according to the number of people in your family. It’s okay to add too much, you can keep it!

4.1 Put the noodles in the winnowing basket under an electric fan and blow them for a while to dry the excess water on the noodles.

5.2 Take out the noodles after cooking, try not to leave any water on the noodles, drain them a little. Put it in the dustpan.

6. When the noodles are almost puffed, use a wooden chopstick to shake them loose. Add oil while shaking to prevent the noodles from sticking together. Be sure to add oil while shaking. If they stick together, add more oil. You can use vegetable oil or sesame oil.

7. The noodles are ready when they are shaken to the point where they are separated into strands. At the same time, the noodles are already cool. At this time the cold noodles are ready. In fact, the shaken noodles can also be made into hot dry noodles, but the hot dry noodles need to be boiled in the pot again before adding the seasoning, while the cold noodles do not need to be seasoned directly! So I said it doesn't matter if there are too many noodles, you can save them for making hot dry noodles

8. Finally, place the noodles on a plate and add a spoonful of light soy sauce (add more for a stronger taste). Add half a teaspoon of salt, a spoonful of aged vinegar, two spoonfuls of chili oil (add more if you like spicy food), half a teaspoon of white sugar, then add appropriate amount of pickled mustard tuber and shredded pork, sprinkle a little chopped almonds, add a little prepared garlic water, and finally drizzle a large spoonful of sesame paste, and you can eat it! ! !
