11. Add all the egg whites into the egg yolk paste and mix well until it turns light yellow!

12. Put it into the mold and shake it gently a few times!

13. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, put it in the middle layer of the oven, and bake it at 160 degrees for 45 minutes!

14. Gently shake the baked cake and turn it upside down! Wait until it is cool enough to remove from the mold!
