The complementary foods that are more suitable for babies are egg cakes, rice noodles and rice soup. Mothers can also make some fruit purees and vegetable purees for babies according to their tastes, which are more nutritious. So what are the complementary foods suitable for seven-month-old babies?

Then when the baby is 6-7 months old, the list of complementary foods that need to be added is as follows:

1. Rice noodles: Most parenting experts and nutritionists recommend that rice noodles should be the first complementary food for babies, because nutritious rice noodles contain calcium, iron, zinc and other nutrients, and rice noodles can greatly reduce the possibility of allergies in babies, and will not put too much burden on the baby's stomach.

When choosing rice noodles for your baby, in addition to looking at the brand, we also need to look at the raw materials of the rice noodles.

For the baby's stomach, if they are exposed to complex ingredients from the very beginning, it is very likely to cause allergies and indigestion.

Therefore, when we feed rice noodles to babies, we should start with a single ingredient and gradually transition to multiple ingredients. 3. Avocado

Avocado is rich in all the nutrients needed by the human body; more importantly, it also contains unsaturated fats (good fats) needed for the baby's brain development.

In order to maximize the absorption of nutrients, eating it directly is the best way; after peeling the avocado, just use a spoon to crush the flesh into puree.
