How to make pork rib dumplings

Arranging your daily diet is actually a very important part of life, which we should not ignore. It is okay to eat out occasionally, but it is best not to do it too frequently. Cooking by yourself is the best. The method of making pork rib dumplings is very simple, and those who want to cook by themselves may wish to learn it.

1. First, you need to marinate the ribs. Chop the ribs into 2 cm wide pieces. Remember to use small ribs. Put the ribs in a container and soak them in water for more than an hour (the purpose of soaking is to remove the blood). Pour out the water, rinse them several times, and set them aside for later use.

2. Pour a small amount of salad oil into the pot, stir-fry the aniseed and peppercorns until fragrant, turn off the heat, and wait until it cools down before use.

3. Pour salt, pepper powder, minced ginger, onion, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, and fried pepper and aniseed oil into the ribs.

4. Mix the ribs and seasonings evenly, seal with plastic wrap, and put in the refrigerator to marinate for two days.

5. These are the ribs marinated for two days.

6. Chop the coriander, pour it into the marinated pork ribs, mix well, and set aside (I want to say here that the pork ribs dumplings taste best when onions are added. Since I don’t eat onions, I have to choose coriander to enhance the flavor).

7. Now start to knead the dough. The pork rib dumplings take a longer time to cook, so the dough should be slightly harder than normal dumpling dough.

10. Wrap the pork rib dumplings, cook them for about 30 minutes, and they are ready to serve(^_^)
