How to make cabbage, green pepper and meat buns

Speaking of cooking, don’t forget the cabbage, green pepper and meat buns. It is a very easy dish to make. Onions and ginger are indispensable, and yam powder is needed as seasoning. After it is made, it can be cooked with various ingredients. The taste is very delicious. Friends who like to eat meat can eat it as much as they want without worrying about obesity.

1. Stir the yeast with warm water and soak for 5 minutes

2. Mix the flour with yeast water to make dough

3. Put the dough in the oven to rise

4. Send to more than 2 times the size

5. Knead into a smooth dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.

6. Chop meat, onion and ginger into stuffing

7. Add a little water to the chopped stuffing and stir. Add pepper powder, seafood soy sauce, chicken essence, sugar, sesame oil, salt and corn oil and stir evenly.

8. Add chopped green pepper and stir

9. Chop the cabbage with a little salt, squeeze out the water, add it to the meat filling and mix well.

13. After wrapping them one by one, put them in a pot with cold water and simmer for 10 minutes, then turn on the heat and steam for 15 minutes.
