Method 1:

Method 2:

1. Break the corn into pieces and add them to the meat filling;

4. Fold the dumpling wrapper from three corners to the middle;

5. Twist the three corners into small fan shapes;

Method 3:

1. Add water to flour, knead into dough, cover with lid and let it rest for 30 minutes.

2. Wash the vegetables, cut the carrots into shreds, break the green peppers into pieces, and rub the corn into grains.

3. Boil water, add corn kernels, carrots and green peppers and blanch for two minutes.

4. Take out, rinse twice with cold water and chop.

5. Add minced pork and chopped green onion.

6. Add five-spice powder, soy sauce, salt, cooking wine and corn oil.

7. After mixing well, add the chopped corn kernels, green peppers and carrots to the minced meat.

8. Pinch the dough into small pieces.

9. Flatten the pancake, put the filling in the middle and wrap it into dumplings.
