How to make Chinese cabbage and pork buns

Chinese cabbage and pork buns are a home-cooked dish suitable for people of all ages. The preparation of this dish is very simple and the ingredients are extremely nutritious. Served with white rice, the taste is just as delicious. When making this dish, just pay attention to the heat. After it comes out of the pot, the color, aroma and taste of the dish will be more complete.

1. Add appropriate amount of warm water to the flour, knead into dough and let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes.

2. Wash the Chinese cabbage, add salt, rub it with your hands until it becomes smaller and then squeeze out excess water.

3. Put it on the chopping board and cut it into pieces, squeeze out the water and put it in a bowl.

4. Wash the chives, drain, chop and put into a bowl.

5. Cut the meat into pieces, chop the green onion and ginger, put them into a bowl, add soy sauce and five-spice powder and marinate for 30 minutes.

6. Pour the marinated meat filling into a vegetable bowl, add vegetable oil, salt and MSG and mix well.

7. Knead the dough, roll it into long strips and cut it into equal-sized dough pieces.

8. Flatten it and roll it into bun skin.

9. Put appropriate amount of vegetable filling into the bun skin and pinch both sides to form wheat ear shape. (You can wrap it into any shape you like)

10. The packaged finished product.

11. Add water to the pot, put in the buns, bring to a boil over high heat and then steam over medium heat for 15 minutes.

12. Remove from the pan.
