Dumplings stuffed with fish: Peel the fish (sea fish or river fish with few bones), remove the fish bones, chop the fish into a paste, then add sweet sauce, chopped green onion, minced ginger, cooking wine, MSG, salt, cooked peanut oil, sesame oil, and chopped cabbage leaves (drained), mix well and make dumplings.

Fish dumplings method 1:

1. Place the fish flat on the chopping board, slice it in half, carefully remove all the fish bones, slice out the fish meat, peel it, and chop it with a knife or use a meat blender to mince the fish meat.

2. Put the fish into a bowl, add appropriate amount of cold water and stir vigorously, then add a little salt and continue stirring. Add more water and continue stirring. Repeat three or four times until the fish meat becomes a viscous state.

3. Beat two eggs into the meat filling and mix well.

4. Add appropriate amount of chopped green onion and ginger to the fish filling, stir well, and add peanut oil, sesame oil and MSG.

5. Add appropriate amount of chopped chives, stir evenly, and the fish filling is ready.

Note:

When eating fish, the bones must be removed to ensure safety. It is best to choose larger fish or fish with fewer bones.

The minced fish and the fat meat paste must be minced finely so that they can absorb more water and make the filling tender.

Fish dumplings method 2:

1. Wash the fish, remove the skin and bones, and chop it into minced meat together with the pork.

2. Use soy sauce, cooking wine and fresh soup to make the minced meat into a paste, add salt and MSG and mix well.

3. Wash and chop the chives, add them to the prepared stuffing and mix well.

4. Mix flour with water to make dough, roll it into long strips, pinch it into small pieces, make dumplings, put them in a pot and cook them.
