How to make pan-fried flower-shaped wontons

The nutritional value of pan-fried flower-shaped wontons is very high. As winter approaches, preparing such a dish on the winter dinner table is very appetizing and can stimulate your appetite. Pan-fried flower-shaped wontons are also a good healthy and whitening dish that can promote fat metabolism. It has become a favorite dish among female friends. Friends who like spicy food can add more chili for seasoning.

1. Chop the pork and shrimp, add salt, pepper, cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, minced ginger, chopped green onion and cornstarch, mix well and marinate for dozens of minutes. Then pour salad oil on it, mix well, and beat in one direction until it is strong.

2. Wrap the wontons using two of our favorite methods. The flower-shaped wontons are shown in the picture.

4. Brush the pan with oil, arrange the wontons, and fry them over low heat.

5. Mix starch and water in a ratio of about 1:10 to make water starch, and pour it into the mixture to one-third of the height of the wontons. Cover and simmer over low heat.

6. Before the water is boiled dry, open the lid and sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

7. After cooking, cover the wontons with a plate, then turn the plate upside down and enjoy.
