How to make salmon snacks

1.1 Cut the French baguette into thin slices and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes

2.2 Cut 100g fresh salmon into thick slices, 200g into dices, cut smoked salmon into small dices, dice zucchini, chop coriander and garlic and set aside

3. Salmon sauce: Fry thick slices of fresh salmon in a pan, pour out, grind it, add 50g unsalted butter, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, appropriate amount of salt and black pepper and mix well.

4. Yogurt sauce: Mix diced smoked salmon, 2 tablespoons chopped coriander, 3 tablespoons sour cream (Crème fraîche), 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic, a pinch of black pepper and salt and set aside.

5. Stir-fry the zucchini cubes until they are soft, then add the fresh salmon cubes and stir-fry until half cooked. Season with a little salt and black pepper.

6. Place the zucchini and salmon cubes on the bread slices, add different combinations of salmon sauce, yogurt sauce, and caviar, and garnish with coriander and black pepper.
