12. Prepare wonton wrappers.

14. Put the filling in the middle of the wonton skin, dip the chopsticks in water, and dot it on the edge of the wonton skin.

15. Fold the wonton wrapper in half to form a triangle. Dip the chopsticks in water and tap the area where the chopsticks are pointing.

16. The filling should be concave inward.

17. Just fold the two corners together.

19. Bring water to a boil in a pot, add a little salt, and then put in the wontons (12 pieces) and cook.

20. Take a clean bowl and add a little sesame oil, MSG, vinegar, green onion leaves, pepper and seaweed.

21. When the wonton soup boils again, add a little wonton soup into the bowl and mix well.

22. When the wontons float up, they are almost cooked. (When the water boils during the cooking process, pour in half a bowl of cold water. After boiling three times, it is almost cooked.)

23. Put the wontons into a bowl, add a little soup, mix well and eat.
