How to make Wang's braised pork

1. Choose good pork belly with more layers, wash it, shave it, and cut it into pieces! Put it directly in the hot pan and fry it. You can also put a little less oil

6. Peel the fresh lotus root, wash it and cut it into pieces!

7. Add to the pot, stir-fry evenly, cover and simmer on low heat for a while until the lotus root is cooked! Sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve!
