How to cook grass carp with sauce

1. Prepare a piece of grass carp and wash it clean

2. Then cut into thin slices, count six pieces and cut into sections

5. Heat the pan and add peanut oil

10. Preheat the pan and add appropriate amount of peanut oil again.

11. When the oil is 70% hot, pour in the tomato sauce and bring to a boil

12. Pour the sauce on the fish.
