1. Prepare the necessary ingredients.

2. Knead all ingredients except butter into a smooth dough.

3. Add melted butter at room temperature and knead until it expands and a thin film can be pulled out. Place in a warm place to ferment until twice as large. Poke a hole with your hand and it won't shrink.

4. After the fermented dough is fully exhausted, divide it into small portions of equal size. Take a round shape and make it into the bunny's face.

5. Take one half and roll it into long strips and bend them into rabbit ears.

6. Take a small piece of dough and add a drop of red pigment. Take a little red dough, roll it into a ball and flatten it. Use chopsticks to pinch it in the middle to make a bow.

7. Press all parts firmly and cover with plastic wrap for secondary fermentation.

8. Let the dough ferment until it is 1-2 times larger and brush the surface with egg liquid. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 35 minutes, until the surface is colored. (The specific time depends on the temper of your oven and the size of the rabbit)

9. Put dark chocolate into a piping bag and melt it in lukewarm water.

10. After the bread has cooled, cut a small hole in the piping bag and draw the bunny's mouth and eyes.

11. Finished product.
