Add salt and continue to stir-fry, then add tomatoes and cut them into small pieces; 7. After proper stir-frying, add plenty of water and continue to cook; 8. After the water boils, we take out the dough we kneaded before, grab a portion of the dough with our hands, pull it apart with force, and put it into the boiling pot; 9. Keep pulling out the noodles from the bowl and adding them to the pot. The noodles are very elastic and chewy at this time. 10. After adding all the noodles into the pot, we stir them properly and use a spatula to break up the noodles that are too long and too thick; 11. Then the dough will be formed quickly after being heated with hot water. Add the prepared basil (Chinese basil), stir it properly and it is ready to be served. 12. Then we put it into a bowl, add some vinegar and sesame oil, and it tastes delicious.
