How to make hawthorn beef stew

As people's living standards improve, they begin to pay attention to health care. However, many people have great misunderstandings about health preservation. 1. Wash the beef, cut it into cubes, blanch it with water with ginger, green onion and cooking wine, and drain it.

2. Wash the mushrooms, cut them into a cross shape in the middle, and blanch them in water.

4. Pour oil into a clean pan, add onion, garlic and ginger slices when it is 30% hot, stir-fry over low heat until fragrant

5. Add beef and stir fry over medium heat to remove moisture

6. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and cooking wine and continue to stir fry evenly

7. Add appropriate amount of boiling water, add star anise, cinnamon and hawthorn and bring to a boil over high heat

8. Turn down the heat and cook until it is 80% cooked. Add the mushrooms and continue cooking for 10 minutes. Add salt to taste and reduce the sauce.
