4. When the dough is smooth, put it into a plastic bag, flatten it slightly, wrap it, and refrigerate it for 30 minutes

5. Take out the dough, put it on a workbench sprinkled with hand flour, and use a scraper to divide it into 3 equal parts. Roll each into long oval shapes, then wrap them in baking paper and refrigerate until they are hard and set.

6. Take out the ice after it hardens, cut into slices about 0.5 cm thick, and place them in the baking tray at intervals.

7. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees on the upper fire and 170 degrees on the lower fire, and bake for 15 minutes.
