So I added some more rice, but when it cooled down, I felt that the vinegar flavor was not strong enough. The taste of sushi vinegar is not very strong, it is a bit bland.

If it is not placed properly, the seaweed sheets will be damaged if they are moved. The first one is a relatively failed one. Later I found a little trick and it got much better.
