How to make sausage, carrot and potato stewed rice

For many people, eating healthy is not easy. In fact, there are many home-cooked dishes that are very simple and not as difficult as some people think. For example, the recipe of sausage, carrot and potato stewed rice is very simple. As long as you master the method, the dish you make is not inferior to some delicacies from land and sea.

1. Dice the sausage, carrots, potatoes, onions and ginger. Then soak the diced potatoes in cold water for one minute, drain and set aside.

2. After washing the rice, add cold water, one degree more than the usual amount of water used for steaming rice.

3. Add a little vegetable oil to the pan and stir-fry the chopped green onion and ginger.

4. When the chopped green onion and ginger are flavored, put the sausage into the pot and stir-fry for a while until the sausage changes color.

5. Add the diced carrots and potatoes into the pot and stir-fry. After about two or three minutes, add a little soy sauce and salt and serve.

6. Put the fried carrot and potato cubes into the rice cooker, stir evenly, and start steaming the rice.

7. If the rice cooker trips, simmer for ten minutes before opening the pot. Stir well and serve.

8. Remove from the pan and enjoy!
