How to make simple lasagna

The busy life makes many people be careless in diet, and they deal with their three meals a day casually, but they don’t know that this can easily lead to a sub-healthy state of the body. 1. Put the flour into a bowl.

2. Pour in 80℃ hot water and stir while pouring.

3. When the dough is slightly cool, knead it into a smooth dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.

4. Add a little salt, oyster sauce, soy sauce, five-spice powder, sesame oil, peanut oil and egg white to the chopped meat and stir in one direction. Then add chopped mushrooms and chopped green onions and mix well again.

5. Knead the dough until it is smooth and roll it into a slightly thick round cake.

6. Use a spoon to spread the meat filling over three-quarters of the round pancake.

9. Fold it to the right again and pinch it tightly.

10. Fold it down again and pinch the cut side and the round edge tightly.

11. Use gentle force to flatten the pancake into a thin layer without letting the filling come out.

12. Heat the pan, add a little oil, wait until the oil temperature rises, put in the meat patties, cover the pan, and fry slowly over medium-low heat for 3 minutes.

13. Turn over, cover the pot, and fry on medium-low heat for 3 minutes, until both sides are golden brown! If you are worried that it is not cooked through, turn off the heat and simmer for 2 minutes before serving.

14. It’s out of the pot. Look at the finished product.

15. Cut into your favorite shape to make it look more appetizing.

16. Delicious! When you stack a few pancakes together, it feels like a thousand-layer pancake.
