Cumin Pork Belly
Cumin-flavored pork belly recipe, 9 steps in total. Slightly freeze the pork belly and slice it thinly.

Method
- 01
Step 1
Slightly freeze the pork belly and slice it thinly.

- 02
Step 2
Marinating: Mix ginger slices, cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, a pinch of salt, and a dash of sesame oil. Marinate for one hour.

- 03
Step 3
Use a peeler to shave thin slices off the cucumber, keeping the whole slice intact. (You can use a whole cucumber, but I only had a third left, so I'll use that.)

- 04
Step 4
Roll up cucumber slices, arrange them in a circle, and you can place a few slices in the middle.

- 05
Step 5
Heat a little oil in a cold pan, add the pork belly and spread it out, then fry over medium-low heat.

- 06
Step 6
Flip the pork belly when it curls slightly and fry until golden brown on both sides (don't let it dry out, or it will be tough).

- 07
Step 7
Once fried, plate it, sprinkle with cumin powder, and mix well.

- 08
Step 8
The seasoned pork belly is placed in the middle of the cucumber.

- 09
Step 9
A slice of cucumber paired with a slice of pork belly is delicious and not greasy.
