Braised pork ribs
Braised pork ribs recipe with pictures, 10 steps in total. Wash the pork ribs and set aside.

Method
- 01
Step 1
Wash the pork ribs and set aside.

- 02
Step 2
Add a tablespoon of cornstarch or starch, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and cooking wine to marinate the ribs. I chose Weishida soy sauce because it tastes better. Stir and marinate 30 minutes, or up to an hour if you have time. You can refrigerate it. The longer you marinate, the more flavorful the ribs will be.

- 03
Step 3
Prepare minced garlic, shredded ginger, chopped green onions, shredded cilantro, star anise, cinnamon, and bay leaves.

- 04
Step 4
Heat oil in a pan, then add minced garlic and shredded ginger and fry until golden brown.

- 05
Step 5
Pour in the marinated ribs, reserving the marinade for later use. Stir-fry the ribs on both sides until they change color, then add an appropriate amount of white sugar and stir-fry until the sugar caramelizes.

- 06
Step 6
Add star anise, cinnamon, and bay leaves and stir-fry.

- 07
Step 7
Pour in the marinade for the ribs, and add water until it covers the surface of the ribs. If there are too many ribs and water, you can add some light soy sauce to adjust the color.

- 08
Step 8
Add chicken bouillon, cover the pot, and simmer over low heat 30 20 .

- 09
Step 9
When the sauce has reduced to almost its full consistency, add the prepared chopped green onions and cilantro, stir-fry briefly, and then remove from heat.

- 10
Step 10
Sprinkle some chopped green onions on the ribs and garnish with a few sprigs of cilantro. Your delicious braised ribs are ready!
