- 08
Step 8
Soak the black moss in cold water for 10 minutes beforehand.

- 11
Step 11
Here are the steps for preparing the dish: Place lettuce at the bottom of the plate, and then place the vegetarian dish on the second layer.

- 12
Step 12
First, sauté minced garlic and ginger slices in oil in a wok. Then, add the already fried dried oysters, abalone, scallops, and sea cucumber to the wok, along with all the seasonings: salt, sugar, oyster sauce, MSG, pepper, and a small amount of stock (bone and ham broth). Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. After the seafood is cooked, arrange it as the third layer on a plate, then top with poached chicken and roasted pork.

- 13
Step 13
This is what it looks like after the third layer of ingredients has been laid out. Then, evenly pour the seafood sauce from the wok over the plate.

- 14
Step 14
Finally, top with prawns.

- 15
Step 15
Add chopped scallions and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, then add cilantro and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve immediately; the aroma filling the room when the lid is lifted is incredibly tempting.
