Northeastern-style fried rice noodles (pan-fried rice noodles)
Northeast-style Fried Rice Noodles (Pan-fried Rice Noodles) Recipe (with pictures), 7 steps in total. First, put sweet potato starch and water in a pan and stir to make a starch slurry.

Method
- 01
Step 1
Put sweet potato starch and water into a pot and stir to make starch water.

- 02
Step 2
Turn the heat to low, then to medium and stir-fry the sweet potato starch continuously until it becomes thick and sticky. Quickly pour it into a mold (a square one is best for a nicer appearance).

- 03
Step 3
Place the mixture into a mold, press it down as flat as possible, and let it sit in a cool, shady place (or put it directly in the refrigerator) until it has completely cooled. The jelly is now ready!

- 04
Step 4
After cooling, take out the powder and cut it into small pieces with a knife for later use.

- 05
Step 5
Sesame paste, salt, and water are mixed together to form a thin paste.

- 06
Step 6
Mince the garlic, mash it into a paste, add water, and set aside.

- 07
Step 7
Heat oil in a pan until it reaches 5 6 of its maximum temperature. Add the prepared noodles and stir-fry continuously until the noodles become translucent and have a firm texture. Remove from the pan, plate, and sprinkle with chili powder, garlic water, diluted sesame paste, a little salt, and finally sprinkle with cilantro. Stir well and it's ready to eat!
