Colored Corn
Here's a step-by-step guide to making colorful corn, with 8 steps in total. Chop the scallions and set aside.

Method
- 01
Step 1
Chop the scallions into scallion flowers and set aside.

- 02
Step 2
Open the canned corn kernels and place them on a plate for later use. If you don't have canned corn kernels, you can boil corn and then remove the kernels one by one.

- 03
Step 3
Cut the carrots into small cubes the size of corn kernels.

- 04
Step 4
Cut the garlic shoots into small pieces about the size of corn kernels.

- 05
Step 5
Bring water to a boil in a pot, then blanch the chopped garlic shoots and diced carrots in the hot water for one to two minutes. Remove them, rinse them with cold water, and set aside. (Rinsing with cold water helps the vegetables retain their bright color and prevents them from discoloring.)

- 06
Step 6
Add a little oil to the pan, then add chopped green onions and stir-fry briefly.

- 07
Step 7
Add the ingredients from step 5 , along with salt, MSG, chicken bouillon, and sugar (a little, or you can omit it). Stir-fry for two to three minutes.

- 08
Step 8
Add a little water to the cornstarch and thicken the mixture in step 7 Stir-fry a few times and it's ready to serve. A plate of delicious, colorful corn kernels is now ready—a feast for both the eyes and the palate, and with excellent nutritional value!
