Chive and Egg Pancake
How to make chive and egg pancakes (with pictures, 12 steps): Wash the chives and drain them; do not chop them yet.

Method
- 01
Step 1
Wash the chives and drain them, but do not cut them yet.

- 02
Step 2
Slowly pour hot water into the flour, stirring with chopsticks as you pour.

- 03
Step 3
Until it becomes like this dough flake, knead it into a dough by hand.

- 04
Step 4
Knead into a dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.

- 05
Step 5
Now prepare the eggs. Pour the eggs into the frying pan and stir constantly with chopsticks until they are broken into small pieces.

- 06
Step 6
Knead the rested dough slightly. Because I was making pies, I didn't cut the dough pieces neatly; I just pinched them off by hand, so they're a little bigger.

- 07
Step 7
I only mixed the filling and added all the other ingredients at this point, because adding salt to the chives too early would cause them to release water.

- 08
Step 8
Roll the dough into a larger sheet.

- 09
Step 9
Wrap the dough using the same method as making steamed buns, then turn it over and flatten it.

- 10
Step 10
Here's something to note: Don't leave the finished pies like this; they'll all stick to the plate. It's so annoying!

- 11
Step 11
Preheat the electric griddle, add oil, and place the pancakes in. Flip them over once one side is golden brown. They're done when both sides are golden brown.

- 12
Step 12
The finished product. I used to arrange things really nicely in my photos. But posting the recipe today was such a hassle, I didn't have the energy to arrange it pretty. Hope you won't criticize me.
