Cola Chicken Wings

   Step 1

   Wash the chicken wings and blanch them in cold water.

   Rinse away the blood foam

   When preparing the filling, I always make three cuts on the front and one cut on the back to help the flavor penetrate. Don't make the cuts too deep on the back, as this will ruin the flavor on the front.

   Add cola and chicken wings to a pot and bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat.

   When the broth is almost reduced, stir frequently to prevent burning and affecting the flavor.
