5. Add a small amount of oil to the pan, add ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant.

6. Add black fungus and green pepper and continue stir-frying for about 1 minute.

7. Add the fried tofu and stir-fry. Add the extremely fresh soy sauce, bean paste, vinegar, green onion and garlic and continue to stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

8. Add salt and a little MSG, continue to stir-fry and serve.

9. Serve on a plate and garnish with some coriander or chives. You are done.
