12. Add cumin powder.

13. Add some barbecue ingredients, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes. (The amount of these seasonings is based on personal taste)

14. Add a little oil to the pan to lubricate it, then put the marinated pork slices in and fry. (Fat meat will produce oil so don’t add too much oil. Drain the soup before adding it, otherwise the oil will easily come out.)

15. Fry until the fat part of the pork slices turns yellow and then remove from the pan to drain the oil. (If it’s still not tasty, sprinkle some barbecue seasoning or cumin on the dish)
