4. Roll the dough into 0.5cm thick, brush with a thin layer of oil, sprinkle with salt and chopped green onions, and roll up.

5. Cut into sections, press with chopsticks as shown, and pinch the two sides slightly; 8. Put it into the steamer, cover it, and let it rise for 20 minutes again. This step is very important. The second fermentation will make it softer; 9. Steam it in cold water for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat when the time is up, but do not open the lid immediately. Open the lid after steaming for 3 minutes.
