How to cook beef with black pepper and oyster sauce

1.1 The required seasonings are as shown in the figure

2.2 Main ingredients: beef and rapeseed. Beef tenderloin is the best choice. This is the only piece left in my refrigerator.

3.1 Pour a lot of oil into the pot, and when the oil temperature is 40% to 50% hot, add the beef slices and spread them out. After the meat slices change color, drain the oil and remove them for later use.

4.2 Cut the beef into thin slices, mix with one egg white, one spoon of starch, 4 grams of salt, a little five-spice powder, and marinate for a while

5. Wash the rapeseed and blanch it in water for one minute after the water boils, then remove it and place it on a plate for later use.

6. Add a little oil to the pan, stir-fry the chopped green onion and garlic until fragrant, then pour in the minced beef slices, stir-fry for a few times, then pour in the sauce made with 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce and 2 spoons of water, stir-fry for a few more times, and sprinkle with sesame seeds (I decided on this on a whim, you can skip it if you don’t have any)

7. Serve on a plate and serve. Let’s eat!
