How to make baked steamed buns

4. Knead it after ten minutes or so. Smooth dough.

5. Divide into small portions. Each dose weighs approximately 50 grams.

13. Brush the steamed buns with egg liquid and put them into the oven preheated to 180 degrees for five to ten minutes. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. The second proofing takes about 30 minutes or more.

14. Ding Dong, the time is up. I took out the steamed bun. The color was a little light. The time and temperature were the same as baking bread, but it was not as dark as bread and had some cracks. It was not ideal.
