How to make black pepper pork jerky

1. 500g minced pork, 70% lean and 30% fat

2.1 Add two spoons of cooking wine, three spoons of soy sauce, one spoon of sugar, half a spoon of chicken essence, black sesame powder and pepper powder according to personal taste into the minced meat and mix well and marinate for 30 minutes

3.2 Prepare seasoning

5.2 Stir continuously in clockwise direction until the meat is formed into a ball

6. Cover the minced meat with plastic wrap and roll it into thin patties, making sure the thickness is even. Remove the plastic wrap.

7. Sprinkle with white or black sesame seeds

8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, upper and lower tubes, middle layer, for 32 minutes. Bake for 15 minutes, turn it over and bake again. After 15 minutes, turn it over again, brush it with honey and bake for 2-3 minutes.

9. Take it out and cool it down, cut it into strips and eat it.
