How to make pineapple milk bread

A healthy diet can prolong a person’s life. So, how can we use “eating” to prolong our life? You still have to achieve it by yourself. Now, I will introduce the method of making pineapple milk bread.

2. Add butter and stir for another 20 minutes until it becomes a dough that can be pulled into a slightly transparent film.

3. Place the dough into a container, cover it and allow it to ferment.

4. Crispy grains: Mix 30g powdered sugar, 50g low flour and 5g milk powder evenly, then add 40g chopped butter, knead gently with your hands into a uniform loose state and set aside. (If you don’t use it up, you can put it in the refrigerator)

5. Wash the pineapple, cut it into small pieces, put it in a bowl, add sugar and marinate.

6. Pickle to extract juice and pectin.

7. Put it into a stainless steel pot and boil it

8. When the juice becomes thick, add appropriate amount of maltose and continue to cook.

9. Let it cool down after it becomes thick and it becomes pineapple filling.

10. Divide the fermented dough into 12 equal parts, roll into balls, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 10 minutes

11. Flatten the dough lightly, use a small crutches to roll it into round cakes, and fill it with appropriate amount of pineapple filling.

12. Close the mouth of the dough, put it into the mold, and place it in a warm and humid place for secondary fermentation.

13. Brush a layer of egg liquid on the surface of the fermented dough and sprinkle with crispy crumbs.

14. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees for about 25 minutes.
