1. Chop the pig's trotters into pieces of appropriate size.

7. Cover the pot and press the lid button.

8.8. Cook over high heat until the pressure limiting valve releases a large amount of exhaust, then reduce the heat to low. Cook for fifteen minutes and turn off the heat. When the pressure is completely released, open the lid and serve. I don’t add salt to this soup, but if you like, you can add some salt to taste after it’s cooked.
