How to cook minced melon and crucian carp

1. Preparation: remove the scales, gills and belly of the crucian carp, wash and clean. Wash and chop the pork. Remove the seeds from the melon, wash and chop.

2.12 Mix the minced meat, melon, salt, cooking wine, chicken essence, minced ginger, chopped green onion and starch evenly.

6. Add dark soy sauce and vinegar, bring to a boil over high heat, and cook over medium heat for 12 minutes.

7. Add salt and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes.

8. Add chicken essence, pepper and green onion.

9. Wrap the melon meat filling with crucian carp.
