First day of confinement meal

Note:

Millet: I heard that white rice can easily cause indigestion, so adding some millet can neutralize the problem.

Red dates: help expel lochia. But it is better to eat less in the later stages, otherwise the lochia will always be unclean and disgusting.

From the third day on, eat a banana every day to help with bowel movements. Bananas should be put in the microwave with the skin on for 30 seconds before eating. This is done to avoid eating cold fruit. You can do this with other fruits, like kiwi or something like that. If you don't have a microwave, you can consider soaking it in hot water for a few minutes.
