How to make squid fish balls and spinach soup

1. Wash the squid, peel it, and keep the tentacles for later use.

5.2 When the meat is almost minced, add green onions and ginger slices to the minced meat and continue to mince. When the two types of fish, green onions and ginger are chopped into small pieces, put the minced meat into a bowl.

6. Add two tablespoons of starch, a little salt, a little pepper, half a spoonful of cooking wine, half a spoonful of sesame oil, and one spoonful of cooking oil to the fish paste. You can’t pour all of the above ingredients in and then stir them. You need to stir for a while after adding each seasoning. This will make the fish paste easier to absorb and prevent it from falling apart when you make more balls later.

7. Pour the chopped squid tentacles into the seasoned fish paste. Continue stirring in one direction until all the seasonings are fully blended and the fish paste is firm.

8. Boil water in a pot and cook the meatballs

9. If you can’t use the cooked meatballs at once, you can put them in a fresh-keeping bag and freeze them.
