9. As usual, mix the flour and salt evenly, and mix the yeast evenly with warm water.

10. Mix the flour and yeast powder, knead into dough, cover with a wet cloth and let it rise for about 45 minutes. Add appropriate amount of alkaline flour and knead again.

11. Roll it into long strips and divide it into doughs of equal size.

12. Take one of the pieces, roll it into an oval shape, and roll it up from one end to the other to close it.

13. Pinch the opening with your hands and press it down vertically to flatten it.

14. Use a rolling pin to roll out the center of the flattened dough into a round shape.

15. Turn on the fire, and when the frying pan is 20% hot, put the rolled dough into the pan (rolled side facing down), cover the pan and fry.

16. When small golden dots appear on one side, turn it over and fry it again. Remove from the pan after both sides are fried.

17. The pancakes made in this way can also be used to make steamed buns.

18. Take out a piece of braised meat, chop it into pieces, pour appropriate amount of soup on it, cut the pancake into pieces, put the meat in it and eat.
