Now, let me tell you about how to make super crispy and soft squid pizza.

Dissolve the yeast in 1.20 grams of warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes. Add all-purpose flour to a stainless steel bowl, dig a small well in the middle, and pour in the dissolved yeast water. Add eggs and 80 grams of milk into the flour and stir until it becomes flocculent. Add salt, olive oil, and honey and continue to whisk until combined. Knead the dough until smooth (if the dough feels dry, add a little more milk. If it is just the right softness, you don’t need to add milk).

2. Knead the dough until it is even and smooth. There is no need to knead it to the expansion stage.

3. Cover the stainless steel basin with plastic wrap or pot lid and let it ferment in a warm place until it doubles in size.

4. While the dough is rising, use it to prepare the pizza fillings. Wash and dice the carrots. Blanch the corn kernels, peas and carrot cubes in boiling water, rinse with cold water, and drain for later use. Wash and cut green pepper and onion into strips. Cut the squid into small strips (mine was already processed).

5. Pour a small amount of salad oil, black pepper powder and chili garlic sauce into the hot pan, add the squid strips and the drained corn kernels + peas + carrot cubes, stir-fry for a few times to evenly coat the ingredients with the chili garlic sauce, and let it dry for later use.

6. Take out the fermented dough, press out the gas in the dough with your hands, roll it into a round shape, using the same method as for steamed buns, and let it stand for 10 minutes. . Roll it into a rectangle the size of a baking tray, place it in a baking tray lined with tin foil (matte side facing up), and press it with your hands into a pancake that is thin in the middle and thick around the edges. Brush the dough with a proper amount of olive oil and sprinkle with a proper amount of black sesame seeds. Use a fork to poke some small holes on the dough except on the four sides, and let it stand at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.

7..Except for the edges of the pancake (they are easy to burn), spread a proper amount of tomato sauce evenly on the pancake, and then sprinkle a proper amount of mozzarella cheese. Evenly sprinkle the previously fried and cooled squid + corn + peas + carrots (note: do not pour the soup in), and then sprinkle an appropriate amount of mozzarella cheese.

8. Finally, sprinkle with green pepper and onion shreds, and then sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese. Place in preheated oven, 178 degrees, middle layer, 18 minutes.

9. Enjoy it right out of the oven, it’s so delicious!
