How to make chiffon cake (6 inches)

There are a wide variety of delicious foods in modern snack bars. There is one type of food that is particularly popular among office workers, and that is the chiffon cake (6 inches). If time permits, you can also make your own chiffon cake (6 inches) with fresh chicken, rice, and mushrooms, beef, pork and other ingredients according to your personal taste. 1. Prepare all the materials.

2. Put the egg yolks and egg whites into two oil-free and water-free bowls respectively.

3. Add 10 grams of white sugar into the egg yolk.

4. Stir evenly with a hand whisk.

5. Add 15 grams of honey, 25 grams of corn oil and 35 grams of milk into the egg yolk.

6. Stir evenly with a whisk.

7. Sift 50 grams of low-gluten flour into the egg yolk liquid.

8. Use a whisk to stir in one direction until it becomes a very fine batter without any dry powder.

9. Add 30 grams of white sugar to the egg white in three times, adding one third of the white sugar to the egg white the first time.

10. Use an electric whisk to beat the egg into fish-eye bubbles and add sugar for the second time.

11. Add sugar for the third time and continue beating.

12. Beat the egg whites until they form stiff foam. When you lift the whisk, the small pointed corners should not retract.

13. Add the egg white into the egg yolk batter in three batches.

14. Use a spatula to stir up and down to mix the egg white and egg yolk evenly.

15. Apply a layer of cooking oil on the bottom of the cake mold.

16. Pour the egg batter into the mold and shake it a few times to remove the large bubbles.

17. Put the cake in the oven at 140 degrees for 40 minutes. Take it out and shake out the heat from a height of 15 cm vertically, then put it on the baking rack to prevent the cake from shrinking.

18. Use the demoulding knife to circle around the mold.

19. A 6-inch chiffon cake is ready.
