15-minute quick steamed vegetable recipe

1. Peel the Lipu taro and cut it into 1 cm thick slices. The Lipu taro I bought weighed more than 3 pounds, so cutting it in half would be enough.

2.1 Cut the Cantonese sausage into thin slices at an angle.

3.2 Rinse the taro slices and remove the mucus on the surface.

4.1 Grate the carrots into shreds, sprinkle some on top, and steam over high heat for 15 minutes.

5.2 Stack the taro slices together, put them on a plate, and place two slices of sausage between two taro slices.

6. Put a little oil in the pot and add soy sauce. If you don’t have any, use light soy sauce and add some sugar.

7. After boiling, sprinkle with green onions and pour over the steamed taro.
