How to make homemade simple dough

A healthy body is not inevitable, and each of us needs to learn to cherish it. If we want to be healthy, we must eat healthily. Eating out may not guarantee health. Therefore, it is wiser to make it yourself. The method of making homemade simple dough is simple and can be completed in just over ten minutes.

1. Weigh and mix flour and corn starch

2. Beat in the eggs

3. Use a spoon to scoop in the batter and shake the steaming plate with your hands to spread the batter evenly over the steaming plate.

4. Pour in 240g of boiled water and stir into a paste. Add water to the steamer and bring to a boil. Brush the steamer with a thin layer of oil.

5. Steam in the steamer for about three minutes and take it out when bubbles appear. Put the steamer in a basin of water to cool it down. Slowly peel off the dough with your hands, apply oil on it, and then brush the steamer with oil to make the second one. Apply oil to each one you make to avoid sticking when putting them together.

6. Put chili powder, peeled sesame seeds, salt, minced garlic, and ginger juice into a bowl. Heat oil in a wok, pour the oil into the bowl, then pour in soy sauce. After the sauce cools down, add appropriate amount of balsamic vinegar. The sauce is ready.

7. Roll up the dough and cut it into strips

8. After cutting, place on a plate and add the prepared cucumber shreds

9. Top with sesame sauce

10. Pour the sauce on it and mix it. Then you can eat the dough you made yourself. Isn’t it simple?
