1. Weigh the dough ingredients

2. Add warm water to the ingredients and knead into a smooth dough (the warm water should not be higher than 40 degrees, as high temperature will kill the yeast)

3. Put the dough into a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap and put it in the microwave to ferment (this time, knead the dough with warm water and ferment it for 40 minutes).

4. Heat the peanuts in a pan and fry over low heat until they turn slightly yellow.

5. Put the peanuts into bags while they are still hot, use flour to rub them until they are fine and peel them for later use.

6. Add brown sugar and flour to the kneaded peanuts, and the filling is ready for use.

7. To release the air from the risen dough, you can knead it for 2 to 3 minutes longer (to release the air completely)

8. Divide the dough into several portions, roll them into thick inner and thin outer skins, add the fillings, fold and wrap tightly.

9. Pour enough water into the pot, arrange the buns one by one, and wait for the second fermentation (15 minutes)

10. The steamed buns will become bigger and lighter. Steam them over high heat. After steaming, switch to medium heat and steam for 15 minutes.
